Hello and Welcome to 7th grade mathematics. My name is Mr. John Armstrong. I bring an immense diversity of cultural, academic and educational experience to KLA. I have been a teacher of mathematics for over thirteen years in China and Thailand teaching 3rd to 11th grade math art and economics, and I have been teaching 7th grade mathematics with KLA since 2018. I have taught all ages to be curious, have perseverance and develop math abilities while having fun too. I received an undergraduate degree in Economics from UC San Diego, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Mathematic and earning a postgraduate Master in Education from National University. My interests are in traveling around the world learning about new cultures, languages and food. While living overseas, I learning to speak Thai, Indonesian, some Chinese and I studied Spanish at University. I look forward to teaching your about Mathematics, as it is a universal language that transcends all other spoken languages, that describes our surroundings, the world and the science of the universe.
