Hello, KLA! My name is Mrs. Robbins and I am proud to say this is my sixteenth year at KLA! I am excited to begin another year here with all the staff and students. 

 

I am the Director of Multilingual Learner Services. In this role I ensure all students have the opportunity to read, write, listen, and speak with purpose every day. I work with teachers and students in K-8 on the KLA language program to maximum opportunities students have to practice language in every class. As a director I am also responsible for all testing, accountability and ELAC parent meetings; school funding plans including the LCAP and SPSA; and CALPADS reporting.

 

Additionally, I am a secondary ELD REACH teacher and will be working with students to succeed in reading, writing, listening, and speaking across the content areas. If you are a parent of one of my students, please read my syllabus which is linked on this page.
